Movie Nights On The Point // Dec. 4 & Dec. 11

Bring your blankets and chairs to enjoy a movie night in the park! Free hot chocolate and popcorn! Daily's Food Truck will be available for dinner items as well. Movie will start at 6:30pm!

- Circles will be drawn on the lawn with spray paint to ensure physical distancing.

Drive-thru Nativity

Friday, December 18th

We will have a progressive drive through nativity in the neighborhood with different homes staging parts of the Nativity service. The evening of Friday, Dec 18th - there will be a map with a route with the last stop at SUMC for hot chocolate and socially distanced outdoor fellowship. Christmas Eve at SUMC

Join us for one of our 3 Christmas Eve services!

Our Advent Theme is "Wait for It!" Our staff kindly requests your RSVP as there is limited seating at each service and this will help us better plan and prepare for this special season. 

Christmas Eve Service Offerings:

  • 2:00 PM Traditonal Service in the Sanctuary with harpist
  • 4:00 PM Contemporary Service in the Family Life Center
  • 6:00 PM Candlelight Service in the Sanctuary with Communion

A Live Nativity will be available on the Point front lawn following each service and all are invited.  Your RSVP will help our staff gauge the attendance and make adjustments as we "Wait For Him!"

Angel Tree

Supporting our HAE families during the Christmas season!

Realizing that the holidays can be challenging for families in difficult economic situations, works to offer assistance to families in need during the holiday season. We are excited to continue our “Angel Tree” for the 10th year this Christmas, providing HAE students and their families with a Christmas meal and holiday packages of children’s clothing and a gift.
